Watch: Trisha Yearwood Shares Her Personal Ghost Story
Trisha Yearwood and I have something in common, other than our talent and fabulous looks:) We both have a personal ghost story. Here is hers first. Trisha says she was touring Alcatraz with friends off the San Francisco coast when her ghost encounter happened.
She shared in a podcast that when she was touring the abandoned island prison the tour guide offered to take them on a very special tour. She says she and her friends were on a staircase taking a photo when they noticed something strange in that photo. Here is what she said:
Scary!! Here is my story and honestly it wasn’t so scary. I am not sure what I saw but I know I saw something that I could not explain. I was bringing my sister Cynthia to the farm to spend some time with my horse Georgia, we get out of the car and I see someone in overalls standing out in the pasture near my horse. I thought maybe it was a guy that worked there sometimes and I called out to him. The figure did stand but it for sure did not look like my friend. He was very far off and honestly when he stood I could not see a face. I put my head down for a second and when I looked up the figure was gone. He had vanished. The next day my horse Georgia collapsed and we had to put her down. The only thing I can figure is that the figure I saw was an angel possibly tending to her, knowing she was about to pass. I know that sounds crazy but it is absolutely true. I can’t say I have seen a ghost. I believe I saw an angel that day.
