Essex Live claims Weight Watchers is dropping the terms ‘before’ and ‘after’ from their weight loss programs. The company wants to promote long-term change rather than terms that indicate a beginning and an end to a diet.
Weight Watchers released a statement saying; “We’ve made the decision to lose the expression ‘before and after’ because our members’ journeys are so much more about then than now. A journey of health, with no beginning, middle or end. As a brand we want to be your partner no matter at what point you are.”
