That must have been some good meat.
A grocery store in Ohio says an employee ate $9,200 worth of Deli Ham while working at the Giant Eagle Supermarket, in Lawrence Township.
The police received a tip that a worker was eating three to five pieces of ham a day and guess what…they are in some hot water now!
The Tuscarawas County Sheriff’s Office says the store employee hasn’t been charged with a crime as of yet and says that once all the details are given to the prosecutor that no felony charges will be filed.
Members of the community have commented on a Facebook post about the incident saying, “Boo Bolivar Giant Eagle!!! They should be ashamed! three to five slices of meat a day is nothing compared to what ends up in the dumpster at the end of the day.”
