Harry Potter Lovers, You Can Stay in His Childhood Home

The Potter films are so fascinating to me, so I may add this onto the ole bucket list. The De Vere House, home of James and Lily Potter, was where Harry spent the first years of his life. It was formerly a bed and breakfast but has reopened for Potter fans around the world to spend the night in. According to Bustle, there are other Harry Potter- themed Airbnb’s but this one is set apart because it’s the face of Harry’s actual home.
The homes description on the site is, “a highly acclaimed former Five Star and Gold Award bed and breakfast accommodation is re-opening now with Air B&B and offers stunning facilities. Lavenham is reputedly Britain’s finest medieval village (with over 300 protected heritage properties and appearing as Godric’s Hollow in the Harry Potter films). De Vere House is located in the centre of this pretty village and itself offers a wealth of history as well as comfortable accommodation.”
