Rhode Island Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I., was caught on TV sneezing into his hand. After taking his mask off. It all happened during a broadcast of Wednesday’s impeachment proceedings
He takes off his mask, sneezes into his hand, then puts his mask back on. Now from what I understand this is one of the folks who constantly lectured us on mask use!
Rep. Brenda Lawrence, was sitting next to him and gave him the “stink” eye.
