Gallery: The Women That Make Me The Woman I Am Today
All this month we celebrate women for Women’s History Month and I am down for it. I never want to pass on an opportunity to brag on my sister friends. According to a study, 7 out of 10 women say they would rather spend their free time with their best female friends than with their significant other. Now, I won’t go that far, my hubby is my best bud BUT I DO love my girlfriends and I am so happy to say I have been blessed with some incredible women in my life.
In the lowest points in my life it has been my biological sisters and my female friends that I call sisters that have helped me find my footing and find my strength to make the changes that needed to be made. My girls have been there for me in the best of times and worst of times.
As the saying goes: Here’s to strong women. May we know them, may we be them, may we raise them.
