NC Man Discovers Bullet In Buttocks; Thought It Was A Roman Candle
A Salisbury man told authorities he had been shot in the booty by a Roman candle. It turns out he actually had a bullet in his backside. So how do you not know that?
According to police reports, the 53 year old man said he was at a sports facility over the weekend and around 1am people started shooting fireworks. He says he felt something hit him in the rear but didn’t think much about it.
The next morning he wakes up and said he noticed there was a little bleeding but again “didn’t think much about it”. Later he noticed a lump appeared in his groin area. He says he felt some pain but that is was tolerable.
After a little encouragement from family members he ended up going to the hospital where it was determined there was a bullet in his body. He was treated and released and the police are investigating.
