Here’s The Real Difference Between Stuffing And Dressing
To me, it’s all stuffing.
Although it may be a little early to start thinking about the holidays, there is one thing that needs to be cleared up before the festivities begin, is there a difference between stuffing and dressing? The answer is yes, although they contain the same ingredients, vegetables, herbs, some sort of starch, and spices, the way they are used differently.
Stuffing is put into the cavity of proteins such as chicken, turkey, or duck while dressing is cooked outside of protein, like in a casserole dish. Also, dressing is usually cooked using cornbread instead of baguettes or white bread, especially in the South. Which do you like better? Dressing or stuffing?
