Country legend David Allan Coe has been hospitalized with COVID-19. The 81-year-old Outlaw legend is receiving treatment, including oxygen, high doses of vitamins, and is being fed intravenously.
Savingcountrymusic.com says Coe isn’t intubated and is awake, alert, and is able to talk with family and his wife Kim. His condition is improving. There was a concern about rising COVID cases, which is why Coe’s August 20th and 21st show was postponed. However, on the 20th, it was announced that all August and September shows would be postponed due to Coe and his family’s COVID positive diagnosis.
