Many South Carolina Counties Head Back To School Today

Watch out for school buses. It is the first day back to school for several South Carolina counties.  Summer camp is over, time to put social media on hold for a few hours and start a brand new year.

Avery, Chester, Chesterfield, Lancaster and York County schools start fall semester today. Time for a fresh new start, finding your friends from last year and making some news ones as kids get ever closer to graduation. It’s as if the weather is cooperating. After seemingly endless months of temperatures in the 90s, temps will be in the eighties and even the seventies for the highs this week.

Sadly, summer break is ending soon. The kids were having a great time enjoying their break, but things are slowly ending. It is time to head back to school soon and gear up for another school year.
