Did the Carolina Panthers violate NFL rules in connection with their search for a new head coach?
At least one NFL insider thinks so, asserting that Nicole Tepper (wife of owner David Tepper) did not complete inclusive hiring training that is required by the National Football League.

Team officials contradicted the report in a statement to WJZY-TV, saying Nicole Tepper had been trained before her participation in any of the head coach interviews.
