Tina Hansley tells the North Carolina Education Lottery, “I called my children and my mom but none of them believed me.” According to our source, the charlotteobserver.com, Tina’s 4 million dollar win was indeed legit. Tina accomplished this via a scratch off card. Tina bought a $30 scratch off ticket for the Black Titanium Game. And she has been at this awhile. She has been purchasing the ticket periodically since it launched in June 2023.

Tina Never Gave Up On That One Type Of Scratch Off Ticket

In a news release by North Carolina Lottery officials, “There’s always a chance, You just never know so you try and see what happens.” So where in the world did Tina find her winning tickets? That would be the YaYa Mini Mart about 25 miles from Wilmington in a town called Currie. “I asked the girl in the store to look at it to make sure I was looking at it right,Then I tried to settle down. I was shocked.”
