One Of The Worlds Most Expensive Homes Just Got Put On Sale

According to Gulf News, one of the world’s most expensive homes just got put on sale It’s a Dubai mansion and it just got listed in the Emirates Hills neighborhood for an extremely luxurious price. This mansion has 60,000 square feet of indoor space and is the most expensive house in Dubai.

The estate was listed for Dh750 million, which is equal to $204 million in US dollars. This makes it the most expensive house in an area where luxury houses are everywhere.

Even though the house is 60,000 square feet it only has five bedrooms. The primary bedroom is bigger than most houses at 4,000 square feet.

The second-largest bedroom suite is 2,500 square feet. The guest rooms in the estate are each about 1,000 square feet. There are also 12 staff rooms with space for up to 25

The home also includes multiple pools, both indoor and outdoor, a 15-car garage, a 5,400-gallon coral reef aquarium, a power substation, and panic rooms. It overlooks a golf course and sits on a 70,000 square feet lot. See it here.

A few months ago, we did a story on the most expensive homes on the market in Charlotte, and since then there’s been a lot of change in the listings! You loved that list, so we thought it was time to give the list a refresh and show you what’s out there. Of course homes at these price ranges don’t sell quite as quickly as others might, but there are still a lot of new homes to see. From historic homes to lakefront living, they are worth the look. Even if you’re like me and could never dream of purchasing one. But it is like House Hunters. I want to see extravagant ones. Don’t waste my time on something I could actually afford! Plus, some of the homes that were on here before have changed prices.

There are 45+ homes currently listed above $3,000,000 in Charlotte. This list contains the 10 most expensive homes currently on the market in Charlotte, NC. We are looking at homes with four or more bedrooms, as many as 10.5 bathrooms, and backyards worthy of a resort fee. Most are full-blown mansions. One includes an elevator. With that being said, let’s take a look at the most expensive Charlotte homes currently on the market, as of November 14, 2022, below. All info is from Realtor.com.

    This home is massive (which it should be for the price!). It’s listed at $7,899,000. In case you’re wondering that’s an estimated $46,600+ a month. A month. I can only begin to imagine!
