I Asked Artificial Intelligence For Valentine’s Day Date Ideas And Here’s What It Said
Not that I’m lazy or anything, but I asked OpenAI’s ChatGPT to give me some Valentine’s Day date ideas and they weren’t bad.
Specifically, my request was, “Please list and briefly describe the three best Valentine’s Day date ideas.”
ChatGPT came back with this:
- Romantic dinner: Plan a candlelit dinner at a cozy restaurant or at home. Cook a special meal together or order in from your favorite restaurant.
- Adventure outing: Try something new like hiking, visiting a nearby city, or taking a hot air balloon ride for a unique and adventurous experience.
- At-home spa day: Create a relaxing and intimate atmosphere at home by drawing a bath, lighting candles, and giving each other massages or facials.
The ideas aren’t bad, right? In fact, ChatGPT got me thinking in a whole new direction when it comes to Valentine’s Day with my wife.
ChatGPT is an “artificial intelligence language model developed by OpenAI.” The technology is open to everyone during its testing phase. It can understand and generate text based on large amounts of data it was trained on. Asked to describe how it works, the technology replied in part, “When given a prompt, ChatGPT can generate a response in a conversational manner, making it appear like you are chatting with a knowledgeable and articulate human.”
ChatGPT reached a million users faster than any other technology platform, and is rumored to have passed masters-level law, medical, and business exams.
If you have some time on your hands, give ChatGPT a try here.
