Babe & Butcher Opening A New Location In Charlotte
Babe & Butcher is a charcuterie shop that offers many different types of charcuterie boards including customs. According to WSOC TV, the shop has decided to double down in Charlotte.
The shop plans to open its second store at Park Road Shopping Center in September. The new location would be 2,063-square-foot and in the former Southern Pressed Juicery space near Michaels.
The brand is created by Lindsay Anvik and Rob Henricks. In 2019, the two relocated from New York to Charlotte. The shop started as a web-based business. They also had plans in the beginning to be a weekend venture. However, when the duo catered a charity event, interest skyrocketed and now the business is more popular than ever.
