Here’s What You Need To Know For Carolina Panthers Fan Fest Wednesday

I wish that events like Carolina Panthers Fan Fest had been a thing when I was growing up.  In Houston, Texas in the late 1970s and early 1980s, trust me, there was nothing bigger than The Houston Oilers.  Just google “Luv Ya Blue” if you don’t believe me.  Every boy’s hero wore the columbia blue jersey and had an oil derrick on his helmet.

The star of the team was now hall of fame running back Earl Campbell.  I think I probably would have cut off my arm to have had the chance to see him up close, much less had the chance to meet him.  Every kid would have.

If your son or daughter is a fan of the Carolina Panthers, this is your chance to make his/her day.  Number one draft pick, quarterback Bryce Young and his teammates will all be at the annual Carolina Panthers Fan Fest event.

According to the Panther’s website, here’s what Fan Fest is all about.  Enjoy a night of football, fireworks, and fun at the team’s annual Fan Fest, presented by Daimler Truck North America at Bank of America Stadium on Wednesday, August 2.  See the Panthers practice on the stadium field, and enjoy performances by the TopCats, Sir Purr, PurrCussion, and the Black & Blue Crew before the night culminates with a spectacular fireworks and laser show! You’ll even get to participate in the fireworks and laser show with interactive LED wristbands provided by Daimler Truck North America. Panthers’ partner Morris-Jenkins will provide music entertainment for the evening’s festivities.

Location: Bank of America Stadium

Gates Open: 5:30 p.m.

On-field Entertainment: 6:00 p.m.

Practice Begins: 7:00 p.m.

Fireworks and Laser show begins: 9:15 p.m.
