The Florida couple’s meltdown at Charlotte Douglas International Airport in North Carolina was reportedly the result of a flight delay. According to our source, the Charlotte Observer, the video captured the man shouting about service at American Airlines gate B14. His spouse is reportedly trying to calm him down. But it looks like he isn’t having it. The couple is identified by media outlets as Dustin Miller and Anthony Thorne.

According to the Charlotte Observer, Miller yells “Hello everybody, American Airlines just (blanked) us over”. In the video Thorne is seen pulling at Miller trying to get him to stop. Thorne goes on to make a reference to his dogs, “We are just trying to get home to the girls”. But then something else strange reportedly happens.

A lady with a dog and in a wheelchair urges Miller to calm down. And again, according to the video he is just not having it. Even yelling at the woman in the wheelchair some things that just aren’t nice. According to our source, the airport has no comment. The Charlotte Observer was reportedly told to check with American Airlines for comment. Time and time again, air travelers are encouraged to “pack their patience”. The airport is one of the busiest in the world. And it is the second largest hub for American Airlines.

A lot of people come and go through Charlotte Douglas International airport. Especially around the holidays. But everyone has moments they aren’t proud of. American Airlines Is Adding Numerous Flights From Charlotte Douglas To Warmer Weather In The Caribbean This Winter

Blue water, white sand, palm trees, a fruity cocktail at a swim-up bar, all instead of subfreezing temperatures? It just got easier. Charlotte’s gateway to the Caribbean American Airlines just announced expanded flight offerings to help you beat those winter blues. American announced today expanded service beginning December 5th. According to a press release, this will increase seat capacity on flights from Charlotte to the Caribbean by 10% compared to winter 2022.

“This coming winter we’re looking forward to adding more service to the destinations in Latin America and the Caribbean that our customers want to visit, including popular spots like Cancun, Montego Bay, and Punta Cana, as well as our newest destination, Tortola,” said José A. Freig, Vice President of Operations and Commercial for Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America. “We are proud to strengthen our lead as the largest U.S. airline in the region, with more flights and seats to more destinations than any other single carrier or partnership.”
