When people hear the word “cardio” they don’t usually think about being cozy. However, according to Goodnet, this new exercise trend might change that.
Recently, Cozy Cardio has become extremely popular across social media platforms. This new trend is based on the idea of finding joy from workouts. Some people even use this time as a type of self care. This helps people to stay motivated to workout because they don’t need to force themselves to exercise.
The term “Cozy Cardio” was created by a TikTok creator named Hope Zuckerbrow. The term itself is used to describe creating a happy and cozy environment for exercising.
This could include making your favorite drink to enjoy while exercising. It could also include turning on cozy lights and a TV show while exercising. These changes can motivate you to exercise and even make it an enjoyable time.
With this type of exercise, there’s no real need to go to a gym. You can start your day off right by exercising in comfortable clothes with an entertaining movie at home.
This type of exercise can be extremely beneficial. This is because you’re still getting a good workout in, but you aren’t as likely to give up on your health goals. The only real difference between cozy cardio and normal cardio is that cozy cardio is much more enjoyable for a lot of people.
I have found that watching TV helps me through exercise. Well, it at least makes the time on an exercise bike go faster. Otherwise, I am watching the clock the whole time wondering how close to 20 minutes I have got.
This healthy relationship with exercise can help a lot of people to create a habit of working out. This type of motivation might just be what many people need to keep their New Year’s exercise goals going.
