Dishin’ With Debbie-Grilled Hawaiian Teriyaki Mini Pierogy Kabobs

I always look forward to finding new ways to incorporate Mrs. T’s Pierogies into recipes.  With warmer weather right around the corner, I was interested in something a little lighter that I could grill.  These Grilled Hawaiian Mini Pierogy Kabobs fit the bill, and they are delicious!

The combination of the Mrs. T’s Pierogies filled with fluffy potatoes plus crisp tender red peppers grilled alongside chunks of chicken and sweet pineapple is a winner.  I love the sweet and spicy teriyaki marinade, too!  And they’re versatile enough to whip up on an indoor grill as I did, just in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.  I still got those yummy grill marks that give these handheld bites even more flavor.
