Senior Shoutouts-Catie Fromm

This Senior Shoutout leads us back to Union County’s Marvin Ridge High School for Catie Fromm.

Catie was “Miss Marvin Ridge” this school year and Captain of the “Mav Dancers” dance team. She was also president of the “Best Buddies Club” and was also chosen to help on the “Dream on 3” initiative at the high school whose goal is to help children (ages 5 to 21) who live with chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities, and life-altering conditions to feel a bit of magic, hope, and joy through their experiences as well as having their dreams fulfilled.

Catie will be attending the Honors College at ECU, pursuing a degree in Speech Pathology.

Catie, we join with your family in saluting all you’ve accomplished and will achieve!

The couple have been with the radio station since 2006. Charlie has won the prestigious CMA (Country Music Association) Award for Radio Personality of the Year and has been a finalist for the Country Radio Hall of Fame four times. Prior to his time in Charlotte, Charlie (along with Debbie) spent more than a decade hosting successful morning radio shows in Greenville, SC; Augusta, Ga; and Birmingham, Al. As a content creator for Country 1037, Charlie writes about dream lottery windfalls, sports, restaurants and bars, and travel experiences in North and South Carolina.
