Raised By Wolves
You may have heard the sports term, “There are horses for courses.” What that means is that certain people are uniquely qualified to be more successful than others in certain arenas or contests.
When applied to movie/TV directors, it goes something like this: if you want a great mob movie, you hire Francis Ford Coppola (“The Godfather). If you want action/adventure that will make a ton of money at the box office, you hire Steven Spielberg (“Raiders of the Lost Ark”). And if you want science fiction/alien stuff, you hire Ridley Scott (“Alien” and pictured above).
According to the official synopsis: “Raised by Wolves” follows “two androids tasked with raising human children on a mysterious virgin planet. As the burgeoning colony of humans threatens to be torn apart by religious differences, the androids learn that controlling the beliefs of humans is a treacherous and difficult task.”
