Hestia Now Open For Rooftop Dining In Charlotte North Carolina

It seems one of the faster growing areas of Charlotte sits right in the heart of Ballantyne near I-485. AXIOS Charlotte reports Hestia is now open for rooftop dining in North Carolina’s Ballantyne Village in South Charlotte. Hestia Rooftop features modern Asian cuisine with 180 degree views over Ballantyne Village. Diners will take in the sights of the Uptown Skyline and more from Panorama Tower. I love Asian cuisine, and I can’t wait to try it out. The menu promises custom menus it calls “omakase.” said to translate to “I leave it up to you.” Choose from sushi and and custom cocktails. And, the menu highlight will be the Signature Golden Cow Waygu Beef Display. The space has indoor and outdoor spaces with fireplaces, couches and outdoor bar. And, the pinpoint location of Hestia is adjacent to AC Hotel Charlotte Ballantyne.
The Ballantyne Village development continues to grow in the convenient location. Hestia Rooftop joins a number of new businesses opening there. Some of those are Casa del Tequila and a new location of Crispy Banh Mi. We recently visited Casa del Tequila with our son, and it was really good. And, he is a fan of tequila. So, he ordered his favorite and chose to have it “smoked.” It was an impressive and tasty presentation. Plus, a new amphitheater comes to the area this fall, as well as a brewery. Whether you shop, dine or just stroll, Ballantyne Village is bustling. And, I can’t wait to try Hestia for rooftop dining in Charlotte!
