This South Carolina Town Has A Fireworks Extravaganza Planned For An Early Celebration
We look forward to July 4th celebrations every year. It’s our favorite time to head to the beach with friends. However, if you plan on looking for an early celebration, there’s good news. The Indian Land Fireworks Extravaganza takes place Friday, June 30. According to their social media posts, the event will be held at the Indian Land School Complex on River Road from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
And, although most activities associated with the event are free of charge, be prepared to pay for some. For example, pony rides come with a charge and only accept cash. However, many vendors allow for card payments as well. And, in addition to a professional fireworks display, there are other things for families to enjoy.
Of course, the Indian Land Fireworks Extravaganza has live music and food trucks on site. Kids will enjoy face painting, a photo booth and so much more. So, it sounds like a good mix of July 4th celebration in a family friendly fair or carnival type setting. But, keep in mind there’s no pets, smoking, vaping or alcohol permitted.
In looking at the event posting, I noticed some sponsors that might point to what we can expect in the way of concessions. Those include Artisan Ice Cream Sandwiches, Izzy’s Hawaiian & Italian Ice, as well as Bubba Jack’s Simply Real Competition Style BBQ and “Tex Mex.”
So, make plans for the Indian Land Fireworks Extravaganza Friday, June 30 from 5-10 p.m. to kick off your July 4th celebration early! See more about the celebration at Event Brite. And, Charlotte On The Cheap has a big list of suggestions for other events throughout the area.
